The Reds come into this latest homestand on a 4-game winning streak, which is a big deal given their road struggles thus far. The name of the game now is to continue the good performances at home. They'll try to do that against a familiar foe in Paul Maholm. He's faced us 20 times in his career, and has a 3.70 ERA against us total. He's been mostly good so far this year, and threw 8 innings of 2-run ball last time out.

The good guys will counter with Bronson Arroyo, who has a career 5.34 ERA against the Braves. This is a pretty solid Braves lineup, so we'll see which Arroyo we get here.

Bullpen could use a break, honestly, unless we want to see Alfredo Simon pitch for the first time in a week. And I'd rather not see that.

Let's start this homestand out on a good note, eh? Go Reds!
