That off day was needed for both the team and the fans, I think. Time to start anew, and that begins against a division rival at home. The Brew Crew are just below .500, and the Reds are just above, so this should be another hard fought series. Yovani Gallardo hasn't been spectacular to start the year, with a 4.50 ERA so far, but he's decent at GABP.

Tony Cingrani tries to bounce back from getting roughed up his last time out. It's time for him to get back on track at home, where he has a career 2.50 ERA. We're getting to the point where the club will need to make a decision on if he gets to stay in the rotation when Johnny Cueto come back, so this start could end up being pretty important for him. That, and I'm going tonight, so I'd like some free pizza. And if you're going to the tweet-up, make sure to come over and say hey.

Bullpen looks good after the off day. Go Reds! They're my favorite team!
