This game would be a big one for the Reds to pick up. They could do what they failed to do twice earlier this year and win a series in St. Louis, which would be a massive morale boost.
Bronson Arroyo takes the hill for the Redlegs, facing a team that's already beaten him once this year. In his previous start there this year, Bronson gave up 4 runs in 6 on a night where Lance Lynn struck out 10. He'll face Jaime Garcia, who's best known so far this year as the guy who started that bizarre game where the Reds scored 9 in the 9th. Garcia has a career 3.39 ERA against the Reds.
Bullpen looks a little taxed near the top end, so hopefully Bronson can have a good day and eat some innings up.
