What better way to stop a 3-game skid than to sit the guy who hit two homers last night, huh? All lineup gnashing aside, the pitching matchup tonight is much more favorable towards the Reds than it was last night.

Cozy back up to the second spot, while Dusty scrambles for a solution there with Heisey having a rough night there yesterday. Pirates lineup looks the same, except for the starter. I'll be honest, I know nothing about Jeff Locke. He looks like their Mike Leake. We should just call him Jeff Leake.

The back of the bullpen is shot right now, which I guess is what you'd expect with the big boys getting rest on the 8th, only for the last two games of the Cardinals series to not require the high-leverage guys. That said, Brox and Chapman will probably get some work today, and it's safe to say that Hoover, Ondrusek, and maybe even Parra are sitting today.
