Clear. Game time temperature around 60 degrees.

The biggest news today was probably rumblings about Chapman to the bullpen. I guess this will-he-won't-he story is going to play on loop for the rest of his contract, but I'm not going to pass judgment at least until I know what's happening with BIl Bray. I feel better about the Reds' depth knowing Francis will take his bonus to be at AAA, though I'm guessing that's a handshake agreement. The opt-out is still in his contract.

UPDATE: Our Red Reporter correspondents are on hand for tonight's game. Check the thread for updates from KMiB, @UncleWeez or @redreporter for tweets and pics from the game. From what we know so far, there are a lot of backs of heads in attendance. And Goodyear Ballpark serves Skyline.

The Reds take on the two-time defending World Runners-up tonight. Believe it or not, there are still 11 more spring training games after this. 11 totally excellent spring training games. 12 if you count the upcoming split squad as two. 13 if you count the "Reds vs. Futures" game. 28.333333 if you mis-count.

I wouldn't mind seeing this 1-7 in the lineup on a rare Votto off-day this season.
