This could end up being a very enjoyable evening in Cincinnati. The hometown baseball team will be given the opportunity to complete a 3 game series sweep tonight at Great American Ball Park and advance to the National League Championship Series for the first time since 1995.
The Reds will turn to a hot hand in Homer Bailey. In his final two starts of the regular season, Bailey pitched 13 innings of shutout ball, including a glorious 10 K, no-hit outing in Pittsburgh. Homer finished the regular season with an ERA of 3.68, marking the 4th consecutive year in which Bailey improved his ERA.
Enjoy yourselves tonight.
It's almost here.
WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
