- Louisville beat Columbus 5-2. Matt Maloney pitched 6 innings, giving up 2 runs with 6 strikeouts and one walk. Jordan Smith picked up his 7th save of the year, and is probably the best candidate to actually help the big league bullpen at some point. - Carolina won 4-3 against Mississippi despite only collecting 6 hits. Henry Rodriguez was 2-for-4 and Cody Puckett drove in 2 runs. Curtis Partch had a good start, giving up 3 runs in 6 2/3 innings, and Donnie Joseph pitched a scoreless 9th for his 5th save of the year. That's 6 straight scoreless outings for DoJo. - Billings beat Helena 2-0. Tony Cingrani started and went 4 one-hit innings with 6 strikeouts, and Cole Green threw the next 3.
