I'm not sure what's left to be said after two superb series previews by our comrades Weez and Az - whose names, incidentally, might lead you to believe they're B-list rappers.
It's Bronson time again. The hope that his Bronson-style reverse Charles Bronson act was a one-off were dashed when he followed up his 2.2 IP 9 ER meltdown in Philly with a 3.0 IP, 5 ER performance in Atlanta. Although I guess that's progress. Assuming he's not any less healthy than when know about, there's no reason to think it wasn't a two-off. I'm sure he's hungry to redeem himself after being one of the primary culprits behind torpedoing the bullpen during the road-trip from hell. He'll pitch on 5 days rest, the Reds are at home and the bullpen has had a measure of recovery. All good things.
The team is in a much better spot than it was just days a go. They can improve their lot further by beating back the choking vines of mediocrity.
