I posted this on Twitter and Facebook, but for those that aren't social or into networking: In their history, the Reds have had 46+ wins after 81 games 24 times. Only twice did they finish with under a .536 win pct (86 wins). They have never finished with a losing record when they were 46-35 or better after 81 games.
That news made me very happy. My goal to start the season was a winning season and hopefully 85 wins. That goal is slowly getting much more grandiose!
Oh, and apparently the Cardinals and Brewers are on MLB Network tonight.
