Mike Leake's line in the early game today was 6 IP, 4 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 2 K. Travis Wood has his work cut out for him tonight. I still think Wood is the favorite for the spot. He's already on the 40-man roster. He's pitched in the minors for 5 seasons already. All Wood has to do is prove that he can handle the opportunity to get the role and it is his. At least, that's my theory.
