Not sure it's a done deal yet, but it looks like Lastings Milledge and Joel Hanrahan for Nyjer Morgan and Sean Burnett. This morning they traded Eric Hinske to Yankees for Eric Freyer and Casey Erickson. Who knows if they're getting better, but the Pirates certainly are active this year.
