Cassel is a 27-year old right-hander who is making his first start for the Astros. He pitched in 6 games last season with the San Diego Padres, including 3 innings in relief against the Reds on August 10th to make his Major League debut. He gave up singles to Griffey and Ross and walked Gonzalez. Other than that he shut the team down. Who knows what will happen today with this team.

The Reds need to get some runs for Cueto for once. He's received 2.19 R/G in support so far through 4 starts, and the offense hasn't score more than 3 runs in a game for him yet. Hopefully today will be the day the bats wake up for him.

It's the first start for Cueto where rain is not on the menu. For that reason, I will be heading down to the park with chandrathan and Ash. If you find yourself down there, whether it be to celebrate the Business Day Special or the Senior Citizen's Special, give us a holler. Drop us a line in this game thread or via email and we'll try to meet up with ya.

Go Reds! Try not to crap all over yourselves like you did last night.
