A couple interesting notes from Fay on Dunn's option in this blurb:
Dunn, 27, said he has not heard anything from the club on his $13 million option. The club is almost certain to pick up the option. The deadline for exercising the option is Nov. 10, Dunn said.
We rag on Fay alot, but I do think he tends to wait until he is pretty sure about things before offering news like the above, so I feel more confident about Dunn's option today than I did previously.
That said, November 10th is a fairly long way away. Might be a tough month waiting to see what is going on once the season is finished.
