Matt Belisle has given up four or more runs in seven of his last ten starts. I had really high hopes for the guy heading into this season, and I'm not opposed to keeping him in the rotation for the rest of the year, but I'm starting to think he shouldn't be in the plans for the 2008 rotation. Maybe he's a more valuable asset as a long guy out of the bullpen? The Reds haven't had someone reliable in that position in quite awhile.
