- I'm already starting to wish that Redus and Weep would post more. Make sure to check out their Opening Day Parade Review, their latest mailbag, and their latest news on Josh Hamilton. I think we all suspected on the last one.
- Joe Posnanski interviews the deputy managing editor of MLB.com here, and the guy's an Indians fan but there's still a good bit on the Reds. He's high on them, and since it was tough to find positive words written about the Reds in the preseason, I felt that was worth noting.
- JinAZ recently posted his 2006 fielding review and as you'd expect it wasn't terribly pretty. I've been fairly pleased with the defense this first week though. Definitely hasn't been the headache that it was last year.
- I thought this was pretty cool. Prospect website that's doing a daily roundup on the top performances in each team's minor league system. Chris Valaika went 4-5 last night. Sometimes I really love the internet.
- Courtesy of jmcclain19, it looks like the whole wrong EdE picture thing might not have been the fault of Fox Sports.
- The Reds are going to war with AOL.
- The Hoxworth Blood Center is offering Reds tickets as a prize to people who give blood in the month of April. Donate and you're entered in a drawing to win four tickets, pretty simple.
- Chris Carpenter might be out for awhile. Divisions pretty wide open though, so it still wouldn't surprise me to see St. Louis pull something out of their ass and stay competitive.
