It might just be me, but this is one of the most boring times of the year. Not a lot of player movement, games against "Kia" ... just a lot of boredom.
With that being said, there will be game threads for Spring Training games here at Red Reporter. Whether they'll get used or not I have no idea, but I figure it's a good thing to have a place to talk about the games.
Today the Reds travel to Detroit South. Ben Kozlowski will be facing off against Nate Maroth, a true matchup of epic proportions. Starting tomorrow the games will apparently be on MLB.tv, and today's game will be on 700 WLW starting at 12:35.
700WLW's website is a freaking disaster, but I did find their spring training schedule.
I was looking at the Reds spring training schedule at the official site and noticed that their game on the 30th against Boston will be broadcast on ESPN. So we've got that to look forward to.
The quest for the Grapefruit League title begins today. Let's hope the body count stays low.
