The misdemeanor disorderly intoxication charge filed against Ryan Freel after his arrest in Tampa two weeks ago has been dropped.The prosecuting attorney in the case agreed to let Freel enter a diversion program that will require him to perform 35 hours of community service and go six months "without any further incidents."
