This is pretty awesome:
Electronic Arts announced today that MVP 06 NCAA Baseball is in development and scheduled for release in spring 2006 under the EA SPORTS brand. This new version of the best-selling and critically acclaimed MVP Baseball franchise is being produced by Electronic Arts Canada in Vancouver, B.C., and will celebrate everything that makes NCAA baseball unique -- aluminum bats, intense action, and stadiums filled with school spirit and packed with passionate fans.
I'd buy it just for the stadiums.
If you're wondering why EA is going in this direction, you have to remember that Take Two bought exclusive rights to MLB, in response to EA's purchase of exclusive NFL rights.
