Chris Booker Update

I haven't mentioned him in a while, but Chris Booker is still pitching quite well.  His numbers to date:

51.1 IP, 2.10 ERA, 68/22 K/BB

The Reds don't want to rush him or anything though. After all, he's only 28.

I don't want to say that this guy's going to be a dominant major league reliever or anything.  His eventual performance in the big leagues isn't even the point.  The point is that the Reds don't reward performance at the AAA level properly.  What more can Booker do to get promoted?  The Reds have (by far) the worst pitching staff in baseball, and yet a guy putting up sterling numbers in AAA can't get called up.  How frustrating must that be?
