So discussion thread for the day:
You're the GM. The Reds are in near chaos, the bullpen is terrible, the offense is struggling. You have solid players sitting on the bench (Pena, Freel) while starters are struggling.
What do you do? How do you turn the Reds around? Try to be realistic with trades, and attempt to keep most of your solutions in house, since that's probably what O'Brien will do. Assume you can't deal any big contracts. I'm talking small moves here, small moves that add up.
Fix the team.
