Two pitchers of beer, wings, and watching TV at Hooters? From a guy named Bubba?
According to a copy of the DUI Probable Cause Affidavit from Sarasota County, two breath tests recorded Nelson's blood alcohol level at .151 and .161. Under Florida law, a driver is presumed legally impaired with a blood-alcohol level of .08.The same records indicate that Nelson told officers he drank two pitchers of Bud Light, ate chicken strips and watched television at Hooters.
I think Nelson's pretty much cemented his downward spiral.
