Kyle Lotzkar rallied the support of the Hill People, who helped him cruise to an easy victory to round out the top 10. Big Lotz still has a ton of upside, with gaudy strikeout numbers that match a solid 3-pitch arsenal with plus potential on each (curve, changeup, and 94-ish MPH fastball), though look for him to refine his control. He'll almost definitely start the year in the rotation at AA Pensacola, and I'm sure the Reds would find room for him in Louisville should he prove healthy and effective the first half of the year. No new names today, but look for some interesting guys to show up later this week.
