This is the fourth time the Reds have faced Lucas Harrell this season. He's been very good over his three previous outings, though Homer Bailey has been even better against the 'stros this year: 1 ER in 15 innings, with 16 Ks.
This is also the second meeting of Bailey & Harrell - which kind of sounds like an intra-UK Prime MInister Summit - and I already droned on about how similar they are last time. All that's left to say is that if Homer Bailey makes a start in the post-season, it had better not be at home. It's staggering how ironic that first name is.
The Astros are anything but a slugging ballclub, so Homer's history of housin' Houston should be the stronger force. But the Reds can't take anything for granted until they're safely in Clinchmas Town. Least of all Mr. Harrell.
