Marty's call of Homer's No Hitter

The Hall of Famer tells it like it was.

Homer worked fast all night, with Marty remaking that the 2-1 count to Alex Presley with two outs in the bottom of the ninth was the first time a Pirate batter had stepped ou because Homer was deliberating too long.

Hanigan and Bailey were taking care with final pitch:

Bailey gets what he wants and he turns it loose. It's hit in the air, shallow center field, going back is Phillips. And Homer Bailey has pitched a no-hitter.
