We've said a lot of things about the Reds this season on this blog. Some of those things took the form of thousand-word examinations of micro-trends in player performance. Others were semi-drunken link dumps. Still others were fully-drunken recaps (that's how you know this isn't a job).

But for now, let's just Countdown to Ecstasy. This is the best time of year, at least this year: the weather is getting crisp, the harsh glare of late summer goes away and the bandwagon mounts up. I like the badwagon, personally. Especially since football makes for a good filter.
