Billy Hamilton breaks Vince Coleman's minor league stolen base record

I thought there should probably be a post on this, at least as a historical marker. I know there's at least one Red Reporter who planned to be in attendance tonight and bring back an account.

Billy Hamilton, the fastest baseball player we may ever see in our lifetimes, has broken Vince Coleman's minor league record for most stolen bases across any professional baseball league. Hamilton stole his 147th tonight, passing Coleman and continuing on his way to setting what would seem to be an impossible season mark. The previous record stood for 29 years.

The Blue Wahoos have 12 games remaining.
