Brand Donates Proceeds to Local Cincinnati RBI Chapter
August 14, 2012 - Head & Shoulders®, the official shampoo of Major League Baseball, is at The Great American Ballpark today to clean up the Cincinnati Reds by giving them haircuts and hair washes using the Head & Shoulders for Men line-up. For every player participating today, the brand will make a $1,000 donation to the Cincinnati Reds local Reviving Baseball in Inner Cities (RBI) chapter.
Everyone involved was incredibly accommodating. Jay was generous with his time and an all around friendly guy. Thanks to the Reds, Head & Shoulders, Jay Bruce and the Reds Community Fund for allowing us to take part in the event.
Here are some of the pictures/videos taken at the event.
In the first half of our interview, Jay talks about the 2012 season, local Cincinnati eateries, his role as a leader, his nickname, his music interests, and his relationship with Ken Griffey Jr.
Video and audio of the interview with Hova after the jump.
