Reds somehow have another draft pick

Using a system that makes very close to no sense, the Reds were awarded the #5 pick in the compensation round after Round 1 of the June 2013 Draft (this will likely be somewhere in the mid-30s). This pick is eligible to be included in a trade during the regular season.
