Not to put a damper on everyone's post-game buzz, but Ol Leatherpants is reporting the Reds have offered El Beeperino a 5 year extension worth more than Dan Uggla's, in the "'neighborhood' of $62.5-65M." If true, that's a lot more than most would have been comfortable giving BP. It also leads one to wonder where all this cash is suddenly coming from.
