Brain cancer seems to be oddly high among baseball players. Dan Quisenberry died of it some time ago, Bobby Murcer, John Vukovich, Carter, and a couple others died of it in the last decade. And I need to pad this a bit with a few more words to meet the seventy five requirement needed to
