Mo Egger's 10 best things about being a Reds fan
They're not the same of mine and probably not the same as yours. But they are a good read to get excited for the new season.
(but geez, I thought I had a problem with parentheses)

Reply to Mo...who I happen to think is also a good reason to be a Red's fan.
1. Brandon Phillips, Joey Votto and Jay Bruce.
Because this will be Bruce’s breakout year and because this will most likely be Joey’s last as a Red
2. The Big Red Machine. Rose, Griffey, Morgan, Foster, Perez, Bench, Concepcion and Geronimo.
Nuff said.
2. Barry Larkin’s Hall of Fame Induction.
No Doubt it is nice to have a guy from the post BRM in the Hall
3. You can actually go to a Reds game now and have a pre or post-game beer. If you have any money left from Parking and game tickets…LOL
4, Reds Caps are popular on the streets. So is homelessness and hardcore drugs….I see the Red’s Hats as a positive opportunity.
5. Opening Day. Opening Day is special in Cincinnati.
6. Sparky…one of the great ambassadors for the game, a wonderful manager and a HOF Red.
7. The Reds are a Twitter-friendly team. thanks BP !!!
JCH promised to teach me to Tweet but he’s nowhere to be seen whenever I bring it up.
8. Chris and George…also Joe (and back in the day Marty), Wait Hoyt…a great legacy of announcers
9. Great American Ballpark. Wonderful venue until that ridiculous boat thing was built in CF which not only looks stupid but ruins the view of the River and Ky.
10. Red Reporter - Without the Reds there would be no need of Red Reporter
There are many more reason to love the Red
Pedro bourbon, Josh Hamilton, Bob and Walt, and even Dusty Baker .And when they bring back the Red’s Cheerleaders all will be right in Red’s Land.
But these are 10 of my favs.
I

You mean he is not always a butthole?
I did not know he was a pro, I though he was just amateur blogger like the rest of us.
I have read the daily box score for each reds minor league team for 5 years.
I listen to the reds, and at least part of one minor league game everyday of the season.
But because I dont use twitter I’m “not really following the reds”
So, Cy, if I am smoking less pot, do I really have to drink alcohol not to be mad all the fucking time?

Mo is a good guy.
Feet on the ground, reveals his sources and is not an asshole.
A real pro.
Scott Roland should retire tomorrow.
