Pete Hornberger Danny Knobler is reporting that the Reds and Indians are in trade talks that would send OF Shin-Soo Choo and another player to the Reds in exchange for Didi Gregorius and Drew Stubbs. Unless this would precede another trade, the Reds would be making a sacrifice on defense up the middle for a major improvement on offense, as Choo is considered just okay in RF and has played a grand total of 10 career MLB games in CF. Choo (age 30) is in his final year of arbitration and will be eligible for free agency after 2013.
