The possibility of a Red Reporter Wiffle Ball Extravaganza was discussed at Chez jch yesterday by myself, Ash, obc, and 'tHan. Snohio attempted to put one together a while back, but I don't remember how it turned out.

I am looking at July 23rd, July 30th, August 6th, or August 13th as possible dates. (All Saturdays)

Possible locations: Something centrally located would probably work best, maybe somewhere around Hyde Park area? Miami Whitewater has a ton of acreage available but it's out of the way for all of us except obc.

Here's what I had in mind as far as festivities:

12:00 PM: Meet at park. Grill fired up, burgers/dogs/whatever start cooking. Any and all Red Reporters and family welcome.

1:00 PM: Eat time!

2:00 PM: Wiffle ball game. Teams will be chosen by choosing paper from a hat so there can be no allegations of the fix being in for gambling purposes. This is Cincinnati after all.

3:00-4:00 PM: Conclusion of game, idle chatting time, head out to watch the game somewhere.
