All seems well and good right now in Cincinnati, at the manager position, but there is a killer in Great American Ballpark. Dusty Baker is notorious for destroying pitchers arms, and if Reds fans want to see the likes of Chapman and Leake pitching in the MLB, they need to start looking for a new manager now! Since he started managing in 1993, Dusty Baker has been poorly managing his pitchers and they have payed the price. Kerry Wood, Mark Prior, Edinson Volquez, and more recently Johnny Cueto and Mike Leake. Dusty Baker has been known to over work his pitchers and its gonna destroy the Reds rotation. With Baker the Reds are gonna three times the pitching prospects to complete the season. The Reds need to look towards, this may sound like a stretch but Lou Pinella. He may be retired but he could return to the Reds and win another World Series. Other options include Alan Trammel, Bob Brenley, Pat Listach, or Rich Sweet. If the Reds Fans want to see continued success Baker needs to be given the boot after this season.
