Project Prospect's Top 100
What do you guys think? Aroldis Chapman is 23rd with Mesoraco at 24th. Oh, and Yonder Alonso? He's 15th. The #1 ranking is Bryce Harper. Grandal is at 58 and the only other Red on the list. They rank STL pitcher Shelby Miller awfully high, but he's the only Cardinal they list.

Also of interest.
Apparently, none of these players are going to be a Hall of Famer, and Bryce Harper is the only one with a chance of becoming a superstar.

the correct question is....
how many of these guys have put up solid numbers at a significant sample size @ AAA?
but yeah, prospects by and large do not pan out

I didn't necessarily mean "our" as in the Reds
I was just being a smart ass and saying that veterans were prospects as one point too.

Saying Chapman is on level with Mesoraco is dumb

and below Alonso
They don’t seem to be very high on Chapman.

Any list with no Billy Hamilton
is no list I believe in.

Eh
I would rather have Billy Hamilton outside the Top 100 than inside the Top 50 like some places have had him. I would have snuck him in at the back end of a Top 100, but in no way, shape or form do I see him as a Top 50 guy right now.
Potential is a fun thing to look at...but real productivity at the MLB level is all that matters
I just can’t get too excited over these kinds of lists.
Androidis would be way higher my list (and there would be no Cardinals on it all )
