News broke today that Edinson Volquez was offered a four year contract by the Reds.  The Reds really must believe that his injury woes are a thing of the past.  I'm not so sure, but I hope they're right.  In any case, it led me to ask an interesting question...

Which Reds starter will throw the fewest innings this year?  Obviously the loser of the Homer Bailey/Travis Wood/Mike Leake competition will start the year in the hole, but injuries are likely to happen to someone at some point.  Bronson Arroyo has given the Reds 200 innings consistently in recent seasons.  Is this the year he finally wears out?  Will Volquez be able to remain healthy all year?  Will one of the young guys get hurt, get traded, or just struggle to be effective?

(I'd love to include Aroldis Chapman in this poll, but I think the poll would be less interesting if he were included.  Since whoever loses the competition for the 5th starter spot is most likely to get the first crack at a starting spot should an injury arise, I think the relieving Chapman would run away with the poll if he were put in the discussion.  Someone else can always follow up with another poll if you all disagree.)
