UPDATE: One definite move the Reds made today was to remove Jeremy Horst from the 40-man roster in order to clear space in case they want to take someone in the Rule 5 Draft. Horst cleared waivers - so it's essentially an inconsequential move - but it's kind of weird that, with Chapman leaving the 'pen, the Reds have Pedro Villareal on their 40-man and not Horst.
