RR Community Prospect Rankings: The Guillontine slices up the competition

gotta love the high socks

Ismael Guillon takes the #18 spot on our list.  As a big lefty with a solid fastball and advanced changeup, he's got all the tools to be successful as a pitcher.  Hopefully he continues to develop and stays healthy.  Look for him in rookie ball again, but if the organization gets aggressive he could start the year in Dayton.

Two new players for today, inspired by Baseball America's prospect rankings.  Drew Cisco is kind of like a HS version of  Mike Leake: A smaller right hander who only dials his fastball up to 88-90 mph but has two average or better pitches to accompany it, and can throw all of them wherever and whenever he wants.  After the Leake experiment was such a success, look for the organization to push this guy.  For the sake of those who like him, we'll add DiDi Gregorius too.  His numbers so far have been very pedestrian, but he's only 20 and is a very athletic middle infielder who plays an above average shortstop.  VOTE.
