 On this date in 1961 Frank Robinson led the Reds over the Dodgers 14-3

 

Robinson knocked in 7 runs while going 4-for-4 with 2 home runs and a double. Vada Pinson backed him up with a 3-for-4 and 5 runs scored effort.
