On this date in 2004 The Reds beat the Florida Marlins 5-2 behind the strong pitching of Paul Wilson.

 

Wilson pitched 7 innings to back home runs by future Hall of Famers Barry Larkin and Ken Griffey Jr. The win was Wilson's 7th in 10 starts for the season as he ran his record to 7-0 for the season.
