For as little as I think Spring Training numbers mean, I suppose there is some reason to be optimistic about Aaron Harang. The big guy has thrown 9 innings over his last 2 starts, allowing 8 hits and 2 walks while striking out 8 batters and allowing just 1 run. Then again, it is the nature of spring that he could come out and give up 8 runs in the first inning, but still be successful (okay, maybe not, but you get my point). The Reds starting pitchers have performed pretty well this spring, which is better than the alternative. Let's just hope that it's not just a thing in the spring.
We should also see Justin Lehr and Nick Masset today, but I wouldn't be surprised if we see Harang go 6 or more innings, especially if he's efficient.
Lineups are after the jump. WLW's got the audio or you can follow Gameday.
