RR Roll Call : Playoff Style
As we all know by now, the Bankees have eliminated the Twins, thus pushing our game to 8 pm. The most important thing for me is that the Reds show up and display to the world the team we saw all year long. That hasn't happened the first two games.
The big question is, who from Red Reporter will be at the game tonight? If you are one of the few lucky ones, post here and let us know where you will be sitting. Perhaps we can even have a mid game quick hello somewhere in the stadium. Also, with the current parking situation (though it should be a smidge better with the extra hour), what are your plans for parking? Taxi cab? Bus? Gamble that you find a spot nearby?
Go Reds!

Section 117 .. Row K
Also, we are meeting a couple of friends from the east side, so i thought about meeting in Clifton on Vine (the Kroger perhaps) and taking a bus downtown. However, since I have time to kill, and not being a local boy, I’d like to experience some Cincy chili that isn’t the big two. Anything nearby or on the way that anyone would suggest?

empress and camp washington are the original cincy chilis

but according to google maps ... neither are on the way from Clifton to GABP, correct?
empress is across the river and camp washington is on the west side of 75 … i’m coming in from indiana, so i suppose the wife and i could eat at CW before meeting the friends in Clifton.

As I like to say, the only drawback to Camp Washington Chili is that it's in Camp Washington :)

I use to love Camp Washington Chili
It’s the bomb. When I lived in Cincy (20yrs ago) it was Camp Washington>Chili Time>Skyline>Empress>Gold Star.
Pretty sure Caqmp Washington Chili is closed Sundays
They are open 24/7 Mon-Sat, closed Sunday. At least that is they way they used to be, unless they have changed their hours
Only difference between astronauts and old folks bein' that you never see one astronaut spoon feedin' dollar chilli to a worse-lookin' astronaut at Wendy's

I'll be there
I have no idea about parking. Going to try to get down there early, check out the Hall-of-Fame, kind of soak up the entire post season experience.

I'll be there
We’re hitting Brothers at Newport on the Levee to watch the 4th qtr of the Bengals game, then we’re going over to tailgate in the parking lot across from Fat Cats until we head to the park.

>Bankees
I prefer Skankees myself.
I really want to go to it, but living in Lansing kinda makes that hard.
nah
“Skankees” has another definition.
Those are the young female fans who go to the game dressed like they’re going clubbing, or wear pink jerseys three sizes too small that say “Mrs. Jeter” on the back.
They run to the rail when Jeter’s nearby, and are shocked and crushed when he doesn’t even look at them.
All Things Bubba: Because how can you not love a baseball player named Bubba?
I will be there in section 531 row F...
Parking for free in a super secret location in Covington, will be walking across the bridge and having some beers at my workplace at 413 Vine St.
Watch it, ass blood.
Just got settled in back at the house
We sat in Section 1 Row G Seats 5&6
Unbelievable seats. Great game not much offense for either team, especially the Reds.
