DC Displaced Reds Fan Club Gathering to watch Joeh in his hometown

Ok, I know Joey isn't back yet, but I'm quite certain he's gonna be back on Tuesday. He wants to play, he's been fine in two rehab stints (three I guess - I don't know what happened today), and it is his hometown. So let's watch together (and Gray's in town so we'll want to treat him to a good old fashioned DC gathering of Reds fans.)

When: Wednesday, June whatever Wednesday is, 2009, 7pm

Where: Momo's (1334 U Street.)

What: Duh

Who: Reds fans

Why: Because

How: By Metro or foot or car or plane or boat

I'm not sure how much longer the Reds can sustain enough fan interest to get together like this and watch them play. So let's enjoy our "contention" for as long as we can.

but in a picture like that, I would look awfully out of place, given that I brought no Reds garb.

But I think Tuesday or Wednesday would work for me.

wednesdays have worked so far – not crowds, a good night to be out, plus the same manager works there who said we could have the sound when we come in.

i know someone was arriving in dc this weekend, right? who was it? cy schourek? i know someone else is coming in july, but my memory is failing me! i should have written it down.

I think it was both jsl and D-Rock, but not sure when they're coming to town

Say would some one icrease the size of the group shot and pencil in the names of all those in attendance.

I want to make sure this isn’t just a ‘pretend’ shot with a bunch of extras to make Slyde,jch, Bk, Ash, D#2 and me (Mads) feel like we don’t have enough RR friends….
