Thanks to the Redszone message borad, I was ble to find this clip from the FSN broadcast:

It's not of the best quality, but you get an idea of what some of the players had to wear. Homer's outfit is pretty well chosen I think lol.

Side note, when I was searching for this, I came across a few different smutty sites. I can't believe the number of people that just go online posting smut about MLB players. (A particularly bad one was named something like talk-sports.net) The comments are kind of like a really bad day at Fay's blog. There are probably already 20 rumors about Rosales's illegitimate kids, drugs and or girlfriends since the last time I was at the site.

thanks, I was happy to find it.

I will admit, I tweeted Jim Day during my search. I will chalk that up to my fever. I have to say, though, that JD is responsive.

Rosalesdidn’t have anything too interesting, just people claiming to be his gf (surprising number of people touting his hotness), but Homer, Bronson, Brandon and Votto did of course. A couple posters on the site also claimed Jay Bruce is currently celibate. There are also Hanigan and Janish rumors.

You’d think they’d have better stuff to do. I have to stay away from it because it just annoys me alot. Most of it is so obviously false. The rumors have the same verbiuage some of the time, usually having a hetero and a homosexual version. Admittedly, I looked at some of the stuff and, perhaps, thereby encourage it, but it was like staring at a bus accident.

That being said, I should probably check out the Jim Day rumors.

I thought Jay Bruce had a girlfriend

She was at his first big league game. She cried when she saw him in his Reds uni.

I confess, I used to peek in on On the DL when it was active. The oddest thing was the people who would pretend to be players’ wives who would post messages denying that any cheating went on. Somehow, I can’t imagine an actual player’s wife bothering.

I also found out more about Jason Giambi’s sexual kinks than I ever wanted to know….

in the small amount of postings I looked at about Reds players, stuff about Jason Kendall and Rich Harden kept coming up. I’ve never been to “On the DL” which is a great name for a baseball gossip site. I may just have to take a sneak peek.

I feel the same as you, why on earth would a player’s wife or girlfriend actually visit an obscureish site to post about their persoal business? It’s possible, but very unlikely.

I didn’t know that about Jay Bruce, but that is a cute story. That would have been a very special moment.
