Phillips was banging someone he met on the road, which is merely bad decisionmaking for a married man. Reynolds was said to be making passes at/fondling coworkers, which can be construed as sexual harassment. There’s a big, big diffrence.

Steve Phillips obviously has a problem

he took a brief leave of absence from the Mets in 1998 due to charges of sexual harassment.

I just feel like if Reynolds was fired and Phillips isn’t fired, it is because of their race.
