Drew Stubbs comes in at #14, and Chris Heisey rounds out the list at #20. The top three (Wieters, Hanson, McCutchen, A) are pretty much major leaguers by now
The list of 20 represents prospects for only 9 teams (of the 14 represented in the IL) The Indians top the list with 4, but the Rays and Orioles have three apiece (each in the top 11)
