Probably for fear the early game would run late, but jeez. Looks like there’s a window in NY between 7 and 10 when the game could be played. Too bad it’s scheduled for 8.
This weekend is supposed to be brutal, weather-wise. Cold, raw, with rain mixed with snow.
And of course, I have outdoor activities scheduled today, tomorrow, and Sunday. It was looking good earlier this week, but now….

But the best of the colors are gone. We got our earliest snow in recorded history yesterday, there’s still some accumulation in my back yard. :)
We’re at a higher elevation than Philadelphia, though. They might be a week or two behind us.

I say a lot of shitty things about DC
But one thing they get extraordinarily right is the amount of trees all over the area. There’s trees everywhere you go in the city, and up til their latest renovation of the Beltway, all the exit ramps looked like they’d been constructed by Ewoks (in that they were heavily forested). Most of the burbs are all treed out too. Pretty awesome.

But he’s an idiot for going through the stop sign. He doesn’t have the speed he used to have.
