not necessarily related
I went looking for some more info on this and instead found this article about Peter Guber, one of the guy who helped bring the Dragons to Dayton.
True story: i (and a group of others) met him once, while i was still in college, and he informed us, with apparent seriousness, of all the wonderful magical things he had seen as head of a major american movie studio, including some amazing technological breakthrough the japanese had made with holograms. none of us knew what the hell kind of point he was trying to make and, 6 years later, the world still waits.
I am Bill S. Preston, Esquire.
Jay Bruce does not exist
He is a solid hologram, like the Doctor on Star Trek: Voyager.
