..I really don't know how to use those. Here's a neat clip I found on Redlegnation.com of the 1990 Postseason:
Between this and the 1983 day at Camden Yards I went to last night ('83 is the last time they won the WS, so tickets were $5.50 and O's and Jays wore retro unis...all a lot of fun). I'm sort of getting nostalgic for pre-strike/steroids baseball. It seems like a lot of fun; more active, more frenetic, less general dominance. I'm not sure if thats TRUE or not, because I was too young to watch it back then. My memories of those games are mostly renting tapes as a kid and watching "season recaps" of whatever team and year they had in blockbuster at the time.
So what do you guys think? Enjoy the video? Enjoy speed-based Whitey Herzog ball or the current day stuff? And what about Eric Davis? How much did that guy weigh? 135?
