Yeah
Mike committed when Huggs was there. I remember Matt being a top underclassmen somewhere in Cincy then he and his family moved to get closer to thier uncle, louie orr, who at the time was coaching at Seton Hall. Orr got fired and I guess Matt wound up at Hampton and now UK. I have no clue where Mike is.
supposedly pilgrim will be the replacement for patterson after this season
they say he’s very good, but has atitude problems

Thats where he was at in Cincy. I’m shocked he has gotten this type of hype, he has the talent to be pretty good, but theres a good chance he never logs a minute because he wont know what to do with himself during his transfer year.

Using historical empirical data
Win Probability is calculated based on how many times (for instance, in this case) a team has won on the road when trailing by one run with no outs in the top of the ninth and a man on first base. WPA for a certain play is the difference in the win probability from the start of the play and the win probability at the completion of the play.

It’s just adding up all the times a player makes the percentages swing toward his team winning. It’s so context-specific that Bruce added more with his single and walk than Edwin did with his triple and homer.
For calculating ‘clutchiness’ it’s as good as it gets, but remember that it’s not predictive.
